Recuerdos de la orilla

Each end of summer we bring back home precious memories and beautiful pebbles - sassi belli, as I call them in Italian - of all the colors, textures, reflections and shapes. Create your own composition of rocks and put a little bit of beach vibe in your daily life.

Objective of the workshop: you will learn to personalize white paper with watercolors through plain color blocking and pattern made with a spray technique. You will also learn the basis of the composition with cut out elements, to obtain a balanced and organic result.

The collage as a four-dimensions experience. Playing with filled and void, see-through, textures and patterns, we will tell a story that goes beyond space and time, as long as
a super fast minute or as a whole year.

Objective of the workshop: build a triptych of collages; research the potential of paper
in the two directions: the vertical one, where three different layers are superimposed
on the same sheet (through transparent paper and cut-outs) and the horizontal one, along the timeline of the storytelling.

A corner of happiness

Everybody needs a totem to contemplate, that will blow away all the clouds on our heads - even if only for a minute. And since we are creating this totem, then the energy we gets from it, it’s doubled up.

Objective of the workshop: build your own corner of happiness, that will resonate with your own frequencies. Explore the potential of different papers, creating odd cuttings and textures to personalize them.
